A CHANCE to HELP: VESTRY COMMITTEES
St. Matthew's is a large and varied family, in which all can and are called to help in a variety of ways. Here is an opportunity for that, to share your Interests and Gifts. Interest Committees are being set up, for the smoother running of the Church. FINANCIAL (Vestry liaison: Marjorie Grunin): Working with Parish Treasurer Carolyn Nethken and others, to monitor the monthly cash flow & financial activity within the Church.
STEWARDSHIP (liaisons Cathy Davis & Linda Demientieff): Working to develop a healthy sensitive approach to Stewardship within St. Matthew's.
PLANNING (liaison Julia Cockerille): Continuing the Long Range Planning begun last year. Where is God calling St. Matthew's & how do we get there?
BUILDINGS & GROUNDS (liaison Junior Warden Tom Marsh): Upkeep, development, and repair of the property, grounds, etc. FIRST meeting will be Saturday, March 4th at 9AM
WELCOMING (liaisons Gregg Eschright & Teresa Moore): Maps and brochures and introducing newcomers and friendliness, etc.
